3.6 Speed Sensor

Can someone provide clearance gap specs for setting up the speed sensor that looks at the flywheel on a 993 3.6? I've looked through all my reference material and cannot locate the specification. Also, is the speed sensor an item that should be replaced as part of a rebuild?
