964 w/150,000 no top end, will you buy it?

Hi Guys,
My first post! I have enjoyed reading all the info on the site, so thanks for a great and informative forum. I have been searching for a 964 C2 coupe with manual tranny and found one with 150,000 miles on it priced around mid 20's. It does have good service records but no evidence of a top end done to the car, the car is all original including the paint. I will have a PPI done if I decide to buy, but will like to know how far this 3.6 engines usually go without any major overhaul and you guys advice base on your ownership experience. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to answer my post. I do not know if the undertray is still on the car, I will find out. I do know the car have a leak around the timing chain gaskets.

It is a 1993 model, have you seen a difference in longevity on the later years of the 964?
