Swepco 306 and Redline assembly lube: do they mix?

I have a question regarding mixing assembly lubes with engine oils.

I am about to assemble an 911 air cooled engine and going to use Swepco 306 20W-50 engine oil. Can I use Redline assembly lube, do the two components actually mix?

I ask because of two things:

1. The Redline product says that it will be washed away from the surfaces and absorbed in the oil.

2. I have experienced that the two, when they mix, can form some kind of thick "youghurt"ish mass. Anybody with this kind of experience?

What can have caused this?

Assembly lubes are single-purpose products designed &intended to protect rubbing surfaces at initial startup. One the engine is running and has oil pressure, its all washed away and diluted in the oil. Since our engines are dry sump and contain 12+ qts (total), you will not have any issues.

New engines should receive break-in oil for the initial start and camshaft/rocker arm break-in and that should be 15-20 minutes at 2000 to 2500 RPM.

We use either Brad-Penn (now Penngrade1) or Driven break-in oils in 15w-40.
