Honestly, there are FAR too many variables at work here to even speculate (which I do not do) about power levels. :) :)

If you aren't hitting your targets on performance, its time to discuss this in detail with your engine builder.

FWIW, we use an engine dyno here which removes any variables & losses by measuring torque right at the flywheel. All chassis dynos yield different numbers among themselves and the results cannot be compared to BHP (brake HP).
