Without knowing a lot more details about your engine, I really cannot determine anything.

I would need to know:

1) Port sizes

2) Ignition total timing

3) Fuel octane in use

4) Exhaust system details

5) Piston to valve clearance

6) Deck height

You should have around 250 BHP, given the use of SSI's.

BHP means Brake Horsepower.

Brake HP is measured at the flywheel using an engine dyno so there are no drivetrain losses to factor in.

BHP is what every car manufacturer and race shop uses to measure HP & torque using either SAE, DIN or PS standards.

RWP, rear wheel power is measured using a chassis dyno and results vary widely.

Everything is a trade off. One chooses whats most important since you (rarely) can have everything.

Currently, you have a mismatch between the exhaust system and your current camshaft profile.

One is optimized for low-end torque and the other for higher RPM power. You need to decide which is most important for the way you drive the car.

1 5/8" headers will certainly improve the overall (mid-range & above) power at the expense of low-end torque, BUT those 120/104 cams are are not low-end torque cams.
