The ES plugs have a copper core & electrodes; the V series are palladium, fine-wire electrode plugs and are more foul resistant since they require less voltage to fire.

Your 7's are fine with that engine configuration, depending on how much idling you do in traffic.
I like either NGK or ND iridium plugs since they are more foul-resistant than copper ones.
