Hi Steve! Back with an update. I got the chain box covers off and the inside of the boxes is spotless. Ramps and chains were new at the rebuild 4K miles ago and look the part. Right side chain is very tight and exerting pressure on it will only compress the chain tensioner by max 1mm. That tensioner appears to be fully extended. On the left side the tensioner is extended almost all the way and will also not compress more then 1mm. There is more slack in the chain on this side but I wouldn't call it loose by any means. Pics and video attached.

Also, do you have any further comments about the play in the rockers?

Comments appreciated, the next step after this will be deciding how to proceed (performance consulting here I come!)

Thanks for the pics. Assuming the rockers are not loose, I would remove the noisy rockers and see if the bushings are worn or damaged; same for the shafts.

Naturally, I'm assuming that the valve lash is spot on. :)
