3.2 Upgrade Path

Postby bdk52 » Thu May 29, 2014 3:00 pm

Hello Steve,

Pleased to make my first post. Thank you for hosting this forum.

This a follow on regarding the post by Best911 last July. I have a basically stock '85, except for lowering by the PO and some front end upgrades. The car is a daily driver and also goes on longer road trips, but could have aspirations for some use at a track in the future.

In the original post you mentioned: " I will tell you that a twin-plug 3.4 with 964 cams and a good exhaust runs VERY very well. "

The original poster was in Washington D.C. and had very strict emission requirements to comply with - would the engine build you mention be legal here in Oregon ?

Would your performance consulting service be an appropriate way to get more detailed information about this possibility, and/or other alternatives ?

Thank you very much,
Brian
