My new car

Postby veron87911 » Wed Jun 26, 2013 6:08 pm

I've had an 87 911 for almost two years now; like many of you, it's been a childhood longing to have a Porsche. I finally had the opportunity to get one in Pennsylvania...it only took 48 years! However, the disease struck; I decided I wanted to get a long hood eventually. I was going to wait a couple more years, but decided that prices were only going up, so I bought another Porsche.
Veronica is my 87, named after Veronica Lake. As my signature says on Early S, "curves in the right places"!
Daisy (named by my SO because of the color) is a 1972 T with 1977 2.7L engine with Webers.
She is not perfect; in fact, she is a driver's car, with warts and all(the usual broken map pockets, loose knobs, etc.). However, she is a lot of fun to drive.
Here a some photos of Daisy; her original color was Light Ivory
